Disturbance leads to charges

On April 21, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance complaint on Broadway in Tillsonburg.
The investigation determined that there was an altercation between two people and one individual was taken into custody.
Ronald LUCIER, 48-years-old of Tillsonburg, has been charged with the following offences:
Assault with a Weapon
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock
on a later date.
